Chrome Residential, Commercial, land and development aspires to create stunning developments that are both eco-friendly and sustainable.
The group was formed by like minded individuals with a desire to push the boundaries on environmental efficiency and liveable design. Our aim is to use spatial and ergonomic design principles to build affordable homes that people love to live in.
Predominantly we identify sites with untapped potential and look to enhance value through planning gain in the short term and then by efficient design and construction methods. We have a very simple yet effective philosophy in that each deal is approached with an open mind and extensively appraised to ensure project viability. We will also analyse any areas which could improve the scheme.
